Christian City Church is about connecting people to God. The church is full of people who have discovered an incredible richness of life that comes from having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Contrary to a view held by many people, God is not a dreary, depressed or weak person. Rather he is vibrant, joyful and powerful. His presence should always give rise to a sense of excitement and a fullness of spirit.
This understanding of God is reflected in the enthusiastic and upbeat nature of our church services. Jesus said that he came to earth that we might have a life of abundance (John 10:10). Every time we come together to worship God we are celebrating what Jesus has done for us.

Pastor Tim and Kirrily Lowe
Pastor Tim and Kirrily Lowe have a vision to build a great House of God in Sydney, Australia. They are passionate about connecting people to God, to His incredible church and to each other.
Pastor Tim is the Founder and Senior Minister of Christian City Church God In The City. After becoming a Christian in his teenage years, Tim pursued the call to ministry as well as pioneering his own business. He completed Christian City Church Oxford Falls Ministry Training College in 1992, was ordained at Christian City Church Oxford Falls and was sent to plant Christian City Church God in The City in Darlinghurst in 2000. Tim also started his own business in 1997 which is still operating today.
Pastor Kirrily carries a heart to see women rise in to all that they were created to be, finding purpose, meaning and identity through a real relationship with Jesus Christ. Previously a lawyer, now a wife, a mum of two boys and a Senior Minister, Kirrily carries a message that aims to unlock the God-given passion and potential in each of us.
